Necklace length is based on the length of the necklace you send in. We can trip down the chain but cannot create more of your chain. 

All chains above 10'' in length need to check out with Turn Your Chain Into a Necklace option.

Once you check out we will send you an email within 24 hours with information and the address to mail your chain over to us. We will mail it back to you within 5-7 business days of receiving it at our office.
